Personas are descriptions of what users want, believe, what their expectations and goals are, in order to create a product that fits their needs. Personas are an aggregate of different common traits of an entire user group.
Research
Gathering information past and present documents and data related to the MU App.
Meetings
Hold meetings with partners to gather data to help create MU personas.
Brainstorming
Hold collaboration meetings to brainstorm.
Define
After many iterations and collaborative meetings MU personas were created and defined.

Primary Personas
The MCU Fan John, Influencer Sophia, Loyal Brandon, Old School Tom. Each of them have a segment assigned between beginner, mid level and expert related to the use of the MU App.
